Amata’s Fourth of July Statement

Washington, D.C. – Congresswoman Uifa'atali Amata released the following statement in celebration of Independence Day:

"Happy Fourth of July! We are blessed to be part of the United States and celebrate the ideals of freedom together.

"A special thank you to all those serving in the Armed Forces in many places this Fourth of July. Thank you also to our many military families who give so much.

"We're thankful to be on the road to recovery since last year at this time. God bless everyone as the nation celebrates Independence Day!"
