Taylor Jessop – First American Samoan to be Accepted to All Three Service Academies

Washington D.C. – Tuesday, Congresswoman Aumua Amata was pleased to learn that Taylor Jessop is now the first American Samoan ever to be accepted to all three service academies.

Amata is very proud of Taylor and her accomplishment of being accepted to all three service academies; the most prestigious schools in the United States that prepare young men and women to serve as officers in our Armed Forces.

"It is a great honor to be accepted into one of our military academies, let alone all three," Amata said. "Again, I'd like to acknowledge her hard work and the work that her parents, teachers and community have done to prepare her for the future," concluded Amata.
