Amata Highlights $1.3 million FEMA Award

Washington, D.C. – Congresswoman Uifa’atali Amata is highlighting nearly $1.3 million in new federal support from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to reimburse the American Samoa Department of Health (ASDOH) for COVID-19 response efforts carried out during the pandemic. Thank you to the Office of Disaster Assistance and Petroleum Management (ODAPM) and ASDOH for the efforts to qualify and enable reimbursement.

This year’s theme is Glorify God Among the Nations - Seeking Him in All Generations, which is based on I Chronicles 16:24. This verse states, ‘Declare His glory among the nations, His wonders among all peoples.’
