These funds are designated to the American Samoa Department of Education for Head Start over the span of a five-year project by the federal Administration for Children and Families (ACF).

Washington, D.C. – Wednesday, Congresswoman Aumua Amata's Washington office was delighted to be visited by American Samoa's students in the Department of Interior's Close-Up program. The students arrived over a week ago for their two-week visit to the nation's capital, where they are visiting many attractions.
