Starting in Tunisia, Members of Congress toured the North Africa American Cemetery in Carthage, Tunisia; met with Tunisia Minister of National Defence Imed Memmich, among others; interacted with U.S. military as they were engaged in Exercise Phoenix Express in the Mediterranean Sea; and held meetings at the United States Embassy in Tunis.
