The funds will be used to support priorities and much needed improvements to critical infrastructure in the territory.

As a mother and grandmother, I cannot imagine the pain and grief that parents must suffer when standing by helplessly while a child slips away to be with the Lord. A parent outliving their child is heartbreaking beyond comprehension.
